Return & Exchange Policy

At Fulera.in, your satisfaction is our priority. Each piece of jewellery is handmade with love and care, and we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

🔄 Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• You must notify us within 2 days of receiving the product.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To request a return, please email us at mishraruby66@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at [7903957534] with:

• Order number
• A clear photo of the damaged/incorrect item
• Reason for return

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to send the item back.

🔁 Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in case of:

• Size issues (for adjustable items)
• Wrong product delivered
• Defective or damaged item

Please note:

• Exchanges must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
• The item must be returned unused and in its original condition.
• Custom or personalized orders cannot be exchanged.
• exchanged or replacement products will be delivered within  5 to 6 working days 

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Customized or personalized products
• Sale or discounted items

💸 Refunds

• For accepted returns, refunds will be processed as to your original payment method (as per your preference).
• Refunds are initiated and credited  within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Note: Fulera.com reserves the right to refuse returns if the product does not meet our return conditions.
